The Nemco 56275-1 Cleaning Gasket is a flexible gasket designed to fit over the tooth-grid of the push block (not included) prior to chopping to be pulled off to remove any food debris. The gasket has two tabs that makes it easy to pull off in one effortless pull. No longer pick the food from between the push block and reduce the time of cleaning labor.
