The Pullman Pan Sliding Cover is constructed out of durable
0.6mm thick aluminized steel with a silicone glaze. The
Cover easily slides on and off for simple operation. A great
addition to any bakery, cafe, restaurant and more. The Cover
has a reinforced hemmed edge assuring it will stand up in
